We are arriving March 28th and staying 6 nights at the Beach Club then moving to the Polynesian for 6 nights in a Studio DVC. Which building would you suggest? Would rather be close to the main building for morning coffee runs than the TTC. Also a view ?

    Hi Karen,

Six nights at Disney's Beach Club Resort, followed by six nights at Disney's Polynesian VIllas & Bungalows....what an itinerary! It sounds like you have planned a fantastic vacation at two of my favorite Disney Resorts.

The Disney Vacation Club Deluxe Studios are located in three longhouses; Moorea, Pago Pago and Tokelau. While Tokelau is located closest to the Great Ceremonial House (where the main lobby and check-in is located along with Capt. Cook's or Kona Island where you can grab your morning coffee), the other two longhouses are not much further away. Expect just a short walk five from any of the Deluxe Studios to the Great Ceremonial House. While Pago Pago is furthest away from the Great Ceremonial House, it is also closest to parking. In the event you will have a car during your stay, this is a great convenience.

If you booked a Deluxe Studio - Lake View category you will be located in the Moorea longhouse which overlooks the Seven Seas Lagoon. If you booked a Standard View category you could be placed in the Moorea, Tokelau, or Pago Pago longhouses. It sounds to me like your primary consideration for location is to be close to the Great Ceremonial House. If so, I would recommend that you request to be located on the west side of Tokelau with a view of the Oasis Pool. Since its recently completed renovations, this is one of my favorite spots at the Polynesian. It is just gorgeous and if you get hungry or thirsty during pool time, the wonderful Cast Members at the Oasis Bar & Grill will see to your needs. While Disney can't guarantee a specific location request, they will do their very best to accommodate your wishes subject to availability.

Wishing you a Magical upcoming Disney vacation.

    Aloha,

    Trish
