Hi, Wendi!
Your visit to
Walt Disney World is just a few weeks away—how exciting! I do think the
Disney Dining Plan would be a good value for you, particularly if you plan to eat at least one meal and snack in the parks in addition to the full-service meal you’ve already reserved for each day. The standard plan includes one counter-service meal, one full-service meal and one snack at participating dining locations throughout the resort .The plan also includes one refillable drink mug per person.
To be eligible to purchase the Disney Dining Plan, you must be visiting using a Magic Your Way Vacation Package (which includes your stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and Magic Your Way theme park tickets) or be a Disney Vacation Club member or Annual Passholder. It is often possible to add the Disney Dining Plan to an existing reservation, in many cases up until a few days before your arrival date. If you’re interested, it would be best to contact your travel agent (if you used one) or call Disney directly at (407) W-DISNEY or (407) 934-7639 as soon as possible. Be sure to have your room reservation confirmation number handy.
I hope this information helps, Wendi, and that you have a wonderfully pixie-dusted vacation with your granddaughter! Please feel free to ask me any other questions you may have.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
