Hi Melissa! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm happy to help with your planning question.
How exciting that your Walt Disney World vacation begins in just a few days! It's a great time to be finalizing those last minute details. I understand how traveling with an infant requires a lot of organization and planning. You are off to a good start trying to keep everything in line with what your baby is accustomed to at home. Fortunately, there are a few options for having groceries and other necessities delivered to your
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.
Third party services such as Amazon, Instacart, and Garden Grocer are able to deliver to the Walt Disney World Resort. We have used the Amazon Prime Now app successfully in the past. Someone in your party must be present to receive your order upon delivery in the resort lobby. Bell Services will assist in bringing items to your resort room for an added fee, or you may carry them yourself at no additional charge. You may want to review
the rules for receiving mail and packages at your resort.Having traveled to the Disney theme parks with infants, I encourage you to familiarize yourself with the locations of the
Baby Care Centers in each of the four theme parks. They are a wonderful resource for parents traveling with babies and young children. Wait until you see the size of the changing tables! My husband and I are always willing to walk a few extra steps to change our children in these facilities. They are air-conditioned and extremely clean. If you forgot any essentials back at the resort, the Baby Care Centers offer formula, diapers, wipes, and over-the-counter medication for purchase.
Melissa, I hope you and your little one have a fantastic visit to Walt Disney World. Don't forget to stop by
Guest Relations at any theme park, or the front desk of your resort to pick up a 1st Visit pin for your mouseketeer. It will look great in all of those pictures you'll want to take to commemorate this special occasion.
Have a magical trip!
Betsy
