We'll be arriving late a.m. & taking ME to the Poly (plan to pick up our own luggage @ baggage claim). I don't expect our room to be ready that early, so we'll leave our bags at the desk. When we return after HDDR, will our bags already be in our roo

    Hello, Christy!

If your room is not ready upon check-in, you are more than welcome to check your bags in with Bell Services. Upon check-in, you will be asked to provide a number so that the resort can reach you when your room is ready.  There is no need to rush back to your resort.  After your day is over, simply return to your room and call Bell Services on your resort phone.  At this time, Bell Services will deliver your bags to your room.

Thank you so much for visiting the Moms Panel.  Please come back and join us again should any new questions or concerns pop-up.  We are ready to help.

    Have a MAGICAL day!
