We will be arriving late to Disney. We probably won't get to our hotel until close to midnight. I saw pizza delivery for Old Key West stops at midnight. Are we able to pre-order our pizza so that it is waiting in the room for us?

    Hi Christine,

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  Disney's Old Key West Resort is one of my favorite Disney Vacation Club resorts.  It is so peaceful and relaxing, and I love the theme of the Florida Keys.

To my knowledge, you cannot have deliveries made to your room at a Walt Disney World resort before you arrive.  Only after you have checked in and are in your room can you start to have deliveries made to the room itself.

If you are concerned about being hungry on that first night, I suggest that you consider having groceries delivered to your resort.  If you are not a Disney Vacation Club member, you can use a service such as Garden Grocer at gardengrocer.com.  If you are a Disney Vacation Club member, you can order groceries through Disney Vacation Club by visiting the Disney Vacation Club member website.  Select the tab for "Vacation Planning," and from the drop-down menu choose "Pre-Arrival Checklist."  On this page you will find a section with instructions and a form for ordering groceries.  I spoke with a cast member at Disney's Old Key West Resort who let me know that if you do order groceries using either of these methods, they will be waiting for you at Bell Services when you arrive.  Then you can have a midnight snack.  You can order frozen pizza through both of these services, and if you are staying in a one-bedroom or larger villa, you will have an oven!

I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Christine.  Have a wonderful time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
