    We are arriving late afternoon November 12th at Disney World. We are Grandparents traveling with our 5 year old Grandson. We will have a 7 day Park Hopper so what some suggestions to do the first evening we are at WDW? He is a picky eater.

    What a lucky Grandson!  He gets his Grandparents all to himself at the grandest place of them all!

    You did not mention where you will be staying, but if it is at a Walt Disney World Resort, and you don't want to use one of your Park Tickets for that first day, I would recommend having dinner at your resort and spending the rest of the evening exploring the property.  There is always so much to do and see at these resorts, not to mention the pools!  And in Florida it is often warm enough to swim in November, especially since the Resort pools are heated.

    Or, you could head over to Downtown Disney & Marketplace.  The bus transportation to this shopping, dining, and entertainment complex is complimentary to Disney Resort Guests.  There is much to do and see here!  The restaurants include some child favorites such as the Rain Forest Cafe and T-Rex.  Don't forget to take him to visit the Lego Store and the World of Disney Store there (keep the wallet handy!).

    Ask the Cast Member who checks you in at your Resort, or the Concierge, for some ideas specific to your resort.  Sometimes they have a campfire sing-a-long with characters and s'mores in the evenings, followed by an outdoor showing of a Disney movie!

    There is so much to do!  I'm sure it won't take you long to find something to do - but it may take a while to decide which thing to do!  Have a wonderful vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!
