Hi, Megan!
What a great time of year to be heading to
Walt Disney World!
On your arrival day, think of a few things before deciding to head into a park that afternoon. Take a look at
Walt Disney World park hours. If your little ones have rested on the flight, seem ready for fun and a park is open to accommodate you, use that night to see nighttime entertainment, such as
Main Street Electrical Parade and
Wishes nighttime spectacular.
If you are staying in WDW for a few days and your children seem as if they could use a relaxing night at your resort, there are surely plenty of things for them to do upon arrival. Getting to bed early--especially with the time change--might make early mornings in the park easier to attend. Oftentimes, early morning hours are the best time to tour a Walt Disney World park, especially around holidays.
If you gauge your plans according to the abilities of your little ones, you'll be sure to have a wonderful vacation. Take the cue from your kids and go with the plan that looks to suit them best that day. Make a Plan A and a Plan B, then see which would be best for your kids that evening, Megan. You'll be glad that you have options if needed!
Be sure to check out this great link for touring
Walt Disney World with preschoolers, too, and send us more questions as you think of them. We love to help!
