We will be arriving late afternoon on Aug. 15th and are looking for a suggestion as to where we can go to eat in Downtown Disney for a late supper with our 5yr old. Tried to make reservations at some places without luck.

    Hi Michelle!

I'll be at Disney at the same time as your family, so be sure to say hi if you spot me with a melting Mickey Bar in my hands!  At Downtown Disney, my kids love The Rainforest Cafe and TRex.  Both are owned by the same company and offer great theming and crowd-pleasing choices.  If you are looking for something a bit more sophisticated, we also love Portobello (Italian), Fulton's Crab House (seafood, but I bet you could have guessed that!), Captain Jack's (also seafood, but with plenty of non-fish choices) and Wolfgang's Dining Room (upstairs from the cafe).  I've never eaten at Raglan Road, but many of my Moms Panel pals have and give it great reviews.  If you like Cuban food and Sangria, Bongos is a great choice as well.

    Have a wonderful trip!
