Hi! We are arriving July 2020. I keep reading that if you have a resort reservation, you can make dining reservations 60 days prior to your arrival. However, I am not able to figure out how to make a dinner reservation for The Wave. Please help!

    Hi Kristin!

It's so great to see you stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel again!

Oh my gosh! I am so excited to hEAR that you are returning to a world of magic in July!!!

First things first, check the operational updates for dining. From there, you can access a list of restaurants that are opening as the parks and resorts re-open. At this point, guests with Disney resort hotel reservations from June 22 through July 10, 2020 can make advanced dining reservations by calling 407-824-1391. Online reservations will resume at a later date. Given your arrival date, you should be able to call to make that advanced dining reservation soon - I suggest checking the dining updates daily.

Disney's Contemporary Resort is one of our favorite resorts because it has such easy access to Magic Kingdom. We have enjoyed breakfast at The Wave... of American Flavors and appreciated the quiet, laid-back atmosphere. If you have not already made plans to do so, consider making a reservation at a Disney Springs dining location. Check the advanced reservations options to see which of those restaurants can be booked online.

As resort hotels reopen, you can also do a virtual chat with a resort hotel Cast Member via the My Disney Experience Mobile App during your stay. My family and I are also in the midst of planning a trip and have been frantically trying to read all of the operational updates. I trust that you have made park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system and are ready to go!

Kristin, also continue to check the Disney Parks Blog for additional updates on attractions and entertainment. These are exciting times and I am so happy for you as you make those plans!
