Arriving in Jan. and we have Coronado hotel booked, but we are having doubts about whether we should have booked a Value Resort in stead. Is there a big difference and what would you suggest we do?

Hi Nadeera - Coronado Springs is really a beautiful resort with great, newly renovated rooms.  I think you'll love it!

However, the value resorts do offer a great value to families, and if you are concerned about your budget, then you should consider moving.  In my opinion, there are a few obvious differences between moderates and values, so you should consider these in your decision.

Moderate hotels have slides in the large pools, while values do not.  Value resorts don't have table service restaurants or refrigerators in the rooms.  In addition, value resort rooms are slightly smaller than moderate resort rooms, and have double beds rather than queen beds.

The themes of Coronado Springs and the value resorts are very different - Coronado is more of a subtle theme, and young children may not appreciate it, while the value resorts have great theming for little ones!

Good luck and have a great vacation!
