we are arriving 6/20. we have gotten a letter from my husbands dr. regarding his disabilities and need to take it to guest services, I assume. where do I take it in epcot? I love the panel. so excited for our trip!!!

    Hi Nina,

It sounds like you are well prepared. There are 2 locations you could go to at Epcot and one of them is just inside the entrance (if you are going through the main entrance to Epcot),  a few minutes walk to the left hand side of Spaceship Earth and there you will find the Guest Relations location where they can issue your husband a Guest Assistance Card.  The other location is over at the International Gateway Entrance (this is where you will most likely enter if you are staying at the Walt Disney World Dolphin or Swan Resorts, the Yacht Club and Beach Club Resorts or the BoardWalk Inn Resort.  This entrance is designed to be closer for guests staying at these Epcot area resorts versus the main entrance.  Anyway, at this entrance they would also be able to issue you a Guest Assistance Card if that is where you will be entering the Park.

If you are not sure about something while on vacation at WDW and have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask cast members as they will be happy to help you.  Have a wonderful trip.

    Best wishes,
