    We are arriving 12/4 getting our dinning reservations set, but I can't remember when I should order our our magic bands. Do I call disney or do I do it through my disney experience? Thanks for your help

    So nice to see again here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    If you have booked your stay at one of the many Walt Disney World Resorts, you will receive MagicBands for each person listed on the reservation. To see those MagicBands and to customize with names and colors, you must log into your My Disney Experience Account online. Currently, the mobile app does not allow guests to modify their MagicBands.

    Once you sign in to your account, the home screen will provide a link that says "Personalize your MagicBand". Click on that link and it will show each guests' MagicBand. There will also be a date that indicates when the last changes can be made to those MagicBands before they will be shipped to you. MagicBands are typically shipped about 30 days before your check-in date.

    If you do not see any MagicBands linked to your account, please call 407-939-4357 and speak with a Cast Member. 

    Also, if you are staying off-property, you can order MagicBands from the Disney Store online or mobile app. Once you receive those MagicBands, you can link them to your My Disney Experience Account!
