I am arriving in Florida in September. I have already booked the Disney accommodation,I have been looking into the dining plans but I cannot find prices of the packages . Also can I book the dining plans in resort or do I have to do it before I go ?

    Hi Michaela!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

The prices for the various Disney Dining Plans change depending on the time of year; thus I suggest you call Disney directly and ask about the price for the time period you are visiting.  However, before you call you might want more information; you can find information on the various Disney Dining Plans here.

As you can see there are a couple of different plans that you should consider.  You should also compare their prices to what it would cost you "out of pocket" if you were not on a plan.  To give you a good feel on what dining will cost, I suggest visiting the independent website AllEars.Net.  At All Ears, you can find the menu, including prices, for all of the Table Service and Quick Service locations at Walt Disney World.  I can tell you that some guests save a lot of money by being on a Disney Dining Plan, some save only a little, and some actually spend more.

A Disney Dining Plan has to be added to your reservation a couple of days before you arrive, so you can't wait until you check-in to add it.  I hope this helps!  Good luck with your decision and please write back with more questions!
