We are arriving for our first trip on 12/3. I was hoping to purchase lanyards to hold tickets and emergency info for my kids as well as autograph books ahead of time. Can you suggest where to purchase or should we wait and buy them when we arrive?

You'd certainly relieve some stress if you purchased both items before your trip, Kim.  Doing so will allow you to relax and enjoy every aspect of your trip once you arrive without having to worry about hunting down your wish list items.  I just did a quick search on the Disney Store site and found that they stock both items you're looking for.  Once you click over to the site (via the link I included above) search the term "lanyard pouch".  It should yield precisely what you're looking for to contain your tickets and emergency number.  You can purchase the actual lanyards separately via a search for the term "lanyard".  Likewise, searching for "autograph book" will yield a handful of different options for you.  I hope that helps!

I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists.
