Arriving in a few weeks. Grandpa has graciously offered to drop off and pick up our family of 4. At MK, is it easier/possible, to get dropped at Contemporary and walk from there rather than TTC? Tips for Epcot & Hollywood studios drop offs/pickups? Th

    Hi there Stephanie,

How sweet of Grandpa to offer to be your chauffeur for your magical day at the Walt Disney World Resort. You can certainly be dropped at the Contemporary Resort and the walk is about 10 minutes, which isn't bad.  When you enter the property gates, juts let security know you are being dropped off.  He will be able to pull up right in front of the hotel and easily pull out again.  Oh, I almost forgot, when you enter the Magic Kingdom main gates, be sure to let the parking attendant know you are just dropping off to avoid being charged for parking.

At Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios, there are designated "Guest Drop Off / Pickup lanes."  Just follow these signs.  When you exit the parks, just look out straight ahead to where the taxis are staged and this is where he will be waiting.  Same thing applies when entering too.  Just let the attendant know he will be picking up guests to avoid being charged for parking.

    Best Wishes,
