I am arriving a few days before the start of free dining. I plan on booking two separate reservations. I was wondering what happens with park tickets? I know I need to add tickets to the reservation with free dining, but can I pick them up early?

    Hi, Jacqueline!

This always gets a bit tricky!  You will not be able to pick up your park tickets early for your second reservation, so here is probably the best way to book your vacation.  We are going to start with the second part of your reservation - the Free Dining part.  Book your room, the free dining and 2 days of park tickets (the minimum amount of days).   Then, book the first part of your vacation with room only, and enough ticket days to cover your first part of your trip PLUS any days in excess that you will need for the second half of your trip.  Tickets are good for 14 days after their first use.

After booking all that (you can go through the process without actually booking, just getting totals for booking it that way) I want you to try to book it as ONE vacation, not including the Free Dining.  Because those first few days of tickets are the most expensive, sometimes it is just cheaper to skip booking the two reservations, skipping the Free Dining, and just paying out of pocket for meals. I really do not know what your travel dates are, number of park days, etc, but price it out to see what will be best economically for your vacation.

Let me know if you need help deciding which will be the better way to go. Good luck!
