Hi - Arriving this Feb. What do you think about the attire needed for early Feb? Should I pack more jeans to wear during the day? Will shorts be too cool for evening? Jackets? Is Feb. a rainy month typically for Orlando? Thank you so much for your time.

    Hiya Lisa!

Thank you so much for stopping by!  As you can expect, Florida weather can be very similar to Texas weather in many ways!  Some days, it's 90 degrees, others is 50 degrees and windy!  Before we get into what an average early February looks like, I want to let you know to make sure you check the weather about 4-5 days out from your departure by searching zip code 32830.  Sites such as weather.com have a forecast that goes out 10 days, and it will give you a really good idea of what to expect during your particular vacation window.

Now...for what you can expect to pre-planning for your Walt Disney World vacation....February is one of the typically drier months for Florida, so you shouldn't have to depend on the rain gear every day, but I would certainly pack it just in case--especially to use for layering.  In early February you can expect highs in the mid 70s and lows in the mid to upper 50s.  Days where you reach 80 degrees would not be out of the question, so you could definitely get away with shorts during the day, and add a hoodie or light jacket in the evening.  Jeans or crops could also be very reasonable this time of year with short sleeves and a cardigan or hoodie for evening.  Overall, a very enjoyable time of year to visit weather-wise!

    Have a magical vacation!
