Hello Leslie! Thanks for bringing your great question to planDisney! I'm happy to help you. The Walt Disney World Resort has a long history of recognizing and accommodating Guests with special needs.
The Disabilities Access Service (DAS) is just one example of how the Most Magical Place on Earth goes above and beyond to ensure a magical visit for all Guests!
I took your question to a friendly Cast Member at the Walt Disney World Resort. She was able to confirm that there is a Guest Relations service available at the International Gateway entrance to
EPCOT. This is the entrance near France when you exit the Skyliner! I was glad to hear that they have a Guest Relations available at both International Gateway and at Spaceship Earth near the main entrance to EPCOT!
Leslie, I am glad that you brought your planning question to planDisney! We are always happy to help Guests with their advanced planning. Please know that you are also welcome to contact Disability Services at disability.services@disneyparks.com or call (407)-560-2547. While DAS can't be arranged prior to the park visit, the Cast Members might be able to help you with any very specific planning questions that you might have ahead of time.
Also, once you have your park tickets, don't forget to make your park reservations for the specific parks that you want to visit during your vacation! You can make your park reservations using the
Disney Park Pass System available on either your My Disney Experience account or via the Walt Disney World Resort website!
