We are arriving the end of Jan. 2024, and I have two questions .1- when will the parks put their schedule out so I can plan park days, parades & dining. 2- When will the Skyliner put out the dates they are down for repairs.

    Hey, Amy! Welcome to planDisney.

I'm so excited for you to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth. What a great way to kick off the new year. I'm sure you'll have a "practically perfect" time makin' memories that will last a lifetime.

Amy, Disney typically releases information about park hours, parade times, etc., 60-75 days in advance. For example, I can currently see times for the Festival of Fantasy Parade for the next 60 days. Disney tends to post information in batches, therefore, there is some variation in the pattern. Dining reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance of your arrival. If you're staying at a Disney Resort Collection hotel, you can make your dining reservations 60 days in advance plus the length of your trip (up to 10 days). This is a brilliant benefit, as it allows you to secure tables at some of the more popular restaurants.

Disney Skyliner typically goes down for maintenance in January. In 2023, this happened January 22-29. However, we have yet to be informed if or when Disney Skyliner will be down for maintenance in 2024. I wish I could give you a more concrete answer so that you could plan accordingly. Based on past years, it's possible Disney Skyliner will be down for maintenance during your visit. If that's the case, Disney will provide alternative bus transportation if you're staying at a hotel that has Disney Skyliner access. In the meantime, keep an eye on Disney Parks Blog for any announcements.

I hope that's helpful, Amy. Thanks so much for choosing to be our Guest.
