We will be arriving early at Saratoga springs, but I suspect our room will not be ready for some time. Are there safety deposit boxes we can use at the check in desk for passports cash etc. So we can go to the parks.

    Hi Odette,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. Your Walt Disney World Vacation will be here in only a few short days – how wonderfully exciting!

If your room is not ready when you arrive at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa for check-in, the Cast Member at the front desk will be happy to help you secure your items so you can head to the parks for some magical fun. Just let them know you have some items you’d like to leave in a secure location, and they will be able to provide access to a safety deposit box. These boxes are available on a first-come, first-served basis, but in the event that all the boxes are in use, the Resort Manager has a safe that can be made available for you.

Have the BEST time at Walt Disney World, Odette! Autumn is a special time to visit the parks and resorts, and I hope you enjoy all the seasonal magic in the air. Magic Kingdom Park is particularly beautiful right now with its fall decorations, but you’ll find tasty fall-inspired treats all over property, and at Disney Springs, which is a short walk or boat ride away from your resort.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
