Hey Renita! A similar thing happened to my family last October. My husband's medication was actually being shipped to the Resort and had to be refrigerated that day before we arrived! We called the Disney Resort and explained about the medication and they said it was no problem at all! They kept it refrigerated for us before our arrival and then brought it to our room so that we could put it in the room's cooler. We were worried this would be a big snag in our plans, but the Disney Cast Members were fabulous and didn't act like it was unusual at all... a big relief! I recommend giving your Resort a call and explaining the situation... I'm sure your customer service will be as wonderful as our's was!
