    We are arriving early to Fort Wilderness Resort Campgrounds... they said they can hold our luggage until our cabin in ready but what about perishable items? Thanks for your help!!

    Welcome to planDisney! We are delighted to help you plan your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation! We KNOW you are going to have a MAGICAL time!

    First of all, my all-time favorite "Home Away From Home" Disney Resort is most definitely The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort!  It's just so nice to come back and enjoy the peace and serenity of the outdoors after enjoying a TIGGER-ific day in one of the Disney Parks.

    I have arrived early several times at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, and the Cast Members were ALWAYS so accommodating to store our luggage while we wasted NO time hopping on a bus to enjoy a Disney Theme Park before our cabin was available. Now, are you ready for MORE incredible news?! I am excited to tell you that cold storage is available for perishable items! I know this first-hand because I asked to store some perishable items two years ago, and I had no issues at all. To make sure nothing has changed, I just verified with two Cast Members that guests CAN store luggage AND perishable items when arriving early to a Disney Resort.
