Hello, Theresa. Thanks for visiting us here at planDisney to ask your question.
Theresa, you are absolutely able to store your medication with Bell Services on the day of your arrival until your room is ready. In fact, you can keep all of your luggage there too so you don't have to tote anything with you that you don't want to the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Upon arrival at the resort, just visit the Bell Services counter located near the lobby of your
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. The Cast Member helping you will count all of the bags and give you a ticket to hold on to until you return. Just mention to him which bag or package needs refrigeration and they will store it properly for you. When you return and your room is ready, you can call down to Bell Services and they will bring all of your belongings up to you within a few minutes.
If you need your medication to be available to you during the day while you are at the Walt Disney World Theme Parks, you can bring it with you and keep it refrigerated at the
First Aid station. You'll find a First Aid station available to you at all of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks and at both water parks. On the
First Aid station website, linked for you, you'll find an interactive map showing you all of the First Aid locations. If you do choose to use this option, I'd recommend setting an alarm on your phone for when it's time to take your medication. It can be easy to lose track of time when you are having so much fun!
Theresa, I'm glad you have options when it comes to storing your medication for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. They really do think of everything and want to make your vacation as magical and memorable as possible. If you have any other questions before you go, please feel free to come back and
ask me.
Have fun!
