I am arriving at DW early in the AM the first day of my vacation. Someone is dropping me off and so my question is do I have to stop at my resort and check in before I go into the park in order for my park tickets to work?

    Hi Matthew!

You sound just like me!  Once I am on Walt Disney World property, I am very anxious to get into the parks and start playing.

You won't have to check into your resort to activate your tickets.  If you already have your Magic Band and/or RFID ticket with your information on it, then you are good to go.

The only question I have is, will you have luggage?  If so, you may want to drop that at your resort front desk.  They can hold it there for you until you come back to check in later.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
