Hi Carrie!
Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. First, let me congratulate you on 35 wonderful years of marriage! What an amazing anniversary to spend at The Happiest Place on Earth!
One of my absolute favorite places to have a special dinner at is
Wine Country Tratorria. When I make reservations, I choose the World of Color dining package so when we are finished with our delicious meal, we can watch the show! An extra perk is that the Wine Country Tratorria is along the parade route so if we time it just right with an early dinner, we can usually watch the Pixar Play Parade during our dining.
Another fabulous restaurant is in Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa.
Napa Rose is an exquisite place for upscale dining, while still feeling cozy and inviting. With an award winning chef on staff, I would make reservations as soon as they are available. Usually within 60 days of your visit.
As for what not to miss in the parks, no trip to Disneyland Resort is complete without the following three things… Fireworks, a photo in front of Sleeping Beauty’s Castle and a hug from the Mouse who started it all! I’m also a huge fan of Cars Land in Disney’s California Adventure Park and the
Radiator Springs Racers attraction. I love strolling down the main road at dusk when all of the neon signs are brightly lit as well.
I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions as you plan this special visit!
See you real soon!
