    I will be arriving at Disney World on Oct 7th. We have a reservation for the Fantasmic Dessert Party at 7 pm. What time should we arrive for check in?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Andrea ~

    Wow! Your trip is just hours away and I know you are too excited to sleep!

    You are going to love the Fantasmic! Dessert & VIP Viewing Experience. The desserts are super yummy and you will have a great view of Fantasmic! I love that each of the desserts has their own Fantasmic! related story.

    You will check-in for the Fantasmic! Dessert & VIP Viewing Experience at the Fantasmic! theater located on Sunset Boulevard next to Beauty and the Beast – Live on Stage theater. You will enter through the theater FassPass+ queue to get to the check-in podium. I would plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. At check-in, they will give each of you a custom credential for identification. Make sure you keep up with this as you will need to pick up your desserts and enter the reserved seating section. Remember that the section is reserved but the seats within the area are not reserved. You will choose your seats once you arrive on a first-come, first-served basis.
