    We will be arriving at Disney World in April. My son has food allergies, and I'd like to know how I can go about ordering a celebration cake for him. Thanks so much!!

    As the mom to a little guy who has food allergies, I know how special it is to be able to get a custom cake that is safe for someone with food-allergies! Our experience has been that the Chefs and Cast Members at Walt Disney World Resort have taken such wonderful care of my son to make sure he has safe and tasty meals during our vacation, including safe desserts. You can order a custom cake that is safe for your son's allergies by calling the Walt Disney World Resort cake ordering hotline at (407) 827-2253. When you call, you will first here several options for ordering a cake to be served at specific restaurant location, but you want to stay on the line to wait for the special extension for allergy-friendly cakes. Extensions are always subject to change, but in the past this has been the last extension offered. Be sure to give them at least 72 hours notice of your cake request to ensure there is plenty of magic and pixie dust to be added to your cake.
