I am arriving at Disney on 9/18 and staying in WDW. We have not rented a car so we just be in WDW. I noticed that the parks close earlier. I was wondering is there other things to do other than being in the parks. Thank you

Hi Cheryl.   Yes, there are plenty of activities to keep you busy on evenings when the parks you are visiting close early.

First, I believe you will find that each resort offers activities to consider.   Since you are traveling during September, spending time unwinding at the resort pool may be enjoyable.   If you are looking to get out, Disney offers transportation to a number of fun spots.    Downtown Disney is a must if you have any free time, offering a terrific variety of dining, entertainment and shopping options.   Disney's Boardwalk is also offer a pleasant time that you may wish to consider after a visit to Epcot or Hollywood Studios.    Lastly, one of my kids favorites, is a night at one of the two themed Miniature Golf Courses.   Winter Summerland is a real fun time.   No matter what you preferences are, I think you will find there is plenty to keep you busy.   Enjoy your upcoming trip!
