Hi Geri,
Your vacation is coming up so soon - you must be getting very excited! I have a 12-year-old daughter, and we have spent a lot of time together in
Disney Springs. Let me share with you some of her favorite things to do in this entertainment, dining and shopping district.
First, my daughter does love to shop, and even just to browse. She very much enjoys the Town Center area of Disney Springs. Often, I will give her a small budget - $20 or so - to spend throughout our day there. She enjoys looking at all of the stores and making careful decisions on what to buy. She often finds many little items to purchase!
On our last visit, we spent some time at the
Coca-Cola Store. In this really cool building, we were able to do some shopping, meet the Coca-Cola Polar Bear, and then head to the
Coca-Cola Rooftop Beverage Bar. At the Rooftop Beverage Bar, we tasted not on Coca-Cola products from around the world, but we also enjoyed a sampler of ice cream floats made with Coca-Cola products! The view from this area is also really good. It was lightly raining while we were there, and we were able to stay dry and still enjoy the view!
Finally, my daughter really enjoys having a meal at Disney Springs. Her favorite restaurant there is
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin', where she loves the fried chicken. Be sure to check out all of the
dining options at Disney Springs for one that you think your traveling party will enjoy.
I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Geri!
