We are arriving at disney middle day. Don’t want to waste ticket so going to Disney springs for day and night. Can I get my disability assist card at Disney springs or do I have to wait until I get in Magic next day?

    Hi Nanci!

The Walt Disney World Resort recognizes that some Guests may require special services to help them have a perfectly magical vacation, so multiple services are provided for Guests with disabilities!  One of these services is the Disability Access Service!

Currently, Guests will need to visit one of the Guest Relations Main Entrance locations at one of the four theme parks to be able to use the Disability Access Service.  Unfortunately, because of this, you won't be able to receive the Disability Access Service at Disney Springs.  Also, since you are required to visit Guest Relations the morning that you would like to begin using the Disability Access Service, you wouldn't be able to access the service the night before anyway.  Luckily, Guest Relations locations generally open about an hour before the park opens, even if there are Extra Magic Hours happening that day, so you should have plenty of time to get everything prepared for your magical day without having to miss one pixie-dusted second!

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact the Disability Services Cast Members by phone at 407-560-2547 or by email at disability.services@disneyparks.com.  They will be happy to help you make sure that your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is perfectly magical!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
