Hi Donna,
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for bringing us your question. How exciting to know that your visit to
Walt Disney World Resort is just two short weeks away. My family always loves to count down to our vacations by watching Disney+ favorites that help us get into the spirit, like Behind the Attraction or films inspired by classic park experiences, such as Haunted Mansion or Jungle Cruise. It’s the perfect way to build the anticipation and excitement as your adventure approaches.
As for your tickets, they are more often than not delivered electronically and linked directly to your MyDisney account when you purchase a vacation package or theme park tickets. I recommend starting by logging into your
MyDisneyExperience account on the Walt Disney World website and selecting “My Plans.” Scroll down the page, and you should see a section titled "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets." Click on the tab, "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker," to see any linked tickets listed there. If they are not automatically linked, search your email for the confirmation number you received at the time of purchase. Using that number, head back towards the top of "My Plans" and hover over the "Park Tickets" circle to be able to select "Link Tickets" using that number. If you are unable to locate your confirmation number or your tickets do not appear linked, you can reach out directly to the
Help Center through the Disney website and call the Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone number, where a Cast Member will be glad to help you find and link your tickets.
Since your visit is just around the corner, you’ll also soon be able to take advantage of purchasing a
Lightning Lane Multi Pass, which opens for resort guests seven days before check-in. This option will allow you to reserve up to three attractions per day in advance, allowing you to enjoy more rides while spending less time waiting in line. I’d be happy to share tips on how to make the most of this, including which attractions to prioritize each day. In my experience, Lightning Lane reservations at
Disney’s Hollywood Studios tend to fill up more quickly than those at EPCOT or Disney’s Animal Kingdom, so I often recommend booking Hollywood Studios later in your vacation first, then working backward toward the park you’ll visit earlier, as those will typically have more availability.
Finally, as you continue preparing for your trip, I’d love to recommend some of my favorite dining reservations, snack stops, and even resort-hopping opportunities for days when you might not be in the parks. If you’d like,
please submit any additional questions directly to me. I’d be happy to help you plan every detail and ensure that your visit is everything you’re dreaming of.
See you real soon,
Brent
