Hi Carol! Welcome back to planDisney!
Oh boy! Your
Walt Disney World vacation will be here before you know it. A visit during the holiday season is absolutely magical, with many of the parks and resorts decorated in festive decor. You are in for a treat during your stay!
Advanced Dining Reservations are available to begin booking 60 days in advance of your arrival. With your arrival on December 28th, you should be able to log in on the morning of October 29th at 6 AM EST to begin booking your dining. Since you're staying at a
Disney Resort hotel, you can book dining reservations for your entire length of stay, up to 10 days. This will allow you to take care of this task all in one day.
Carol, keep in mind that
Advanced Dining Reservations are highly recommended for all table service restaurants at Walt Disney World. With this being a busy time of the year to visit, locking in your dining as soon as you can will be beneficial. Some reservations are tougher to secure than others, so make sure you are flexible with the dates you can visit each one. I usually like to finish making my dining reservations before solidifying which parks to visit each day, especially since Theme Park Reservations are no longer required for date-based tickets. One of my favorite restaurants to frequent is
Kona Cafe at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all fantastic, including the Macadamia Nut Pancakes on the breakfast menu.
I hope you have a magical time during your stay!
