Hi we are arriving at Disney hotel in 7 days then 5 days later going in Disney cruise, but my luggage labels have. Not arrived . How will my luggage get to my stateroom from the Disney hotel if not labeled

Ahoy there, Victoria! Welcome aboard planDisney!

WOW! It looks like you're arriving very, very soon, so I'll dispense with the typical dad jokes and get right down to your answer!

I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive your luggage tags before the first part of your vacation began! The good news is that there is no reason to worry! Since you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Collection hotel, the front desk should be able to provide you with the information you need, as well as some blank luggage tags for your sailing!

When my family sailed aboard the Disney Wish in July 2022, we also had to use blank tags, which we picked up from our stay at Disney's BoardWalk Inn. We simply pulled up our reservation information on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, and filled the spaces in with the appropriate information! Now, when you check with the front desk, you may want to verify with the Cast Member that luggage is being automatically picked up from your resort and transferred to the Port. I know that this offering has been paused for airlines at the resorts, but on our recent cruise, we also had to bring our luggage to meet our Ground Transportation ourselves.

It's best to be prepared for these sorts of things - though I absolutely detest quoting Scar!

If you are still unable to get luggage tags before you meet your transfers for some reason, Disney Cruise Line will have them available when you arrive at Port Canaveral! Be sure to ask the Cast Member that comes aboard your motorcoach when you arrive - they'll be able to point you in the direction of a porter who will get your checked luggage tagged and on its way to your stateroom!

Oh, and I nearly forgot - be sure to keep your Travel Documentation in a carry-on bag along with any other essential items like medication - and maybe even a swimsuit and sunscreen - so you can enjoy your check-in process and embarkation experience!

I hope that helps you set a course to navigate these rough waters you've run into, Victoria! Thank you so much for your questions, and if you have any others as you make your way to the port, there is still time to drop another message in a bottle our way here at planDisney!

Here's to fair winds, following seas, and finding the buried treasure of luggage tags you're seeking!

    Happy Sailing!
