    will be arriving at disney dec 3! wondering when i will receive my photopass passport in the mail so i can register it online before our trip?

    Hi Lorri!

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel. 

    If you pre-ordered a PhotoPass CD then you will definitely want to make sure you get the voucher / code information from Disney, but in the worse case it can wait until after your trip.  The most important thing is getting the photos taken at Walt Disney World and getting them attached to a PhotoPass card; you can pick up a new card from any PhotoPass photographer and you can use multiple cards. You tie all of the cards together to your online account later. 

    If you pre-ordered PhotoPass +, then it is extremely important to get your voucher before arriving at Walt Disney World as you will want the PhotoPass + card and lanyard with you at Walt Disney World. For example, to get a digital copy of your attraction photos, you need the actual PhotoPass + card. Disney requests two weeks to get it to you;I would call if it has already been that long. 

    If you just want to use PhotoPass in general then you really don't need anything else. You can get a new PhotoPass card after arriving at Disney World. I know this can be confusing. Please write back if you still have questions!
