    Hi! Arriving in Disney 60 Days from today staying at Copper Creek Villas. I am hoping to get an upper floor lake view room. On the online check in page there is an option to request an upper floor room but not lake view. Is there a way to request it?

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!  The Copper Creek Villas & Cabin's at Disney's Wilderness Lodge are absolutely gorgeous and the close proximity to Magic Kingdom Park makes this an ideal spot to stay along the shores of Bay Lake. 

    Although requests can not be guaranteed, you are certainly welcome to make them by calling and speaking with a reservationist at (407) WDW-STAY.  However if you booked your trip through a travel agent or through Disney Vacation Club,  you would make your request by phoning them directly.
