    Hello! We are arriving 7/31/21 and departing on 08/08/21. On the My Disney Experience app, all is says under our tickets is: “valid: 08/10/21”. There’s no “through” or date range, or anything like that. I was wondering if this is a bug?

    Hakuna Matata, there is nothing wrong with your tickets. If you view your tickets on the My Disney Experience app you will see; whom the ticket is assigned to, the type of ticket, number of days remaining, and the word “valid”, with a date. The date listed is the date the ticket expires on. So in your case, your theme park ticket is valid until (August, 10, 2021), which happens after your visit. 

    You can always view more information about your tickets by logging into your My Disney Experience account on a desktop instead of your mobile device. Once you log in select, My Plans, and scroll down to the section that says “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets”. Right below that you can switch from Daily Itinerary to Tickets & Memory Maker. You will then be able to see more details about your tickets.
