Arriving in December, staying at Beach Club. My darling hubbie would LOVE to do some fishing while we are in WDW (while I go to a spa:)). Not renting a car, so what would his options be for a guided day trip? Thanks!

Hi Kris!  You are in luck!  Your husband can walk right out the Beach Club door and to the marina and hop on a guided fishing boat for a two hour search for bass.  We have often enjoyed this outing and depending on the time of year the fish can bite faster then you can get the lure in the water!

From experience we have found that the better fishing is often in the Seven Seas Lagoon or Bay Lake which would mean you would need to head over to that area.  My suggestion would be to make a spa reservation at the great Grand Floridian Spa and then your husband could make his fishing reservation from the same resort.  You could then meet for a lunch right there or at one of the other close by resorts. If you chose this option I would suggest you simply catch a cab from the Beach Club to make it easiest for both of you.  On your return you can catch the Beach Club bus back from the Magic Kingdom.  Have fun!
