    We are arriving Dec. 28 and will be staying for 7 nights at the Poly, club level. What level of planning can I expect from the concierge? Will they do booking of meals and plan out our days, or should I still doing that research myself?

    As a concierge guest at the Polynesian Resort, the cast members there will gladly help you with all aspects of your trip, including itinerary planning and meal reservations. To begin your planning, I'd contact the concierge desk by calling 407-824-2466 or by emailing Polynesian.Itinerary.Planning@disneyworld.com.
