Hello, We are arriving on Dec 20th and want to attend the Candlelight Processional at EPCOT. Do you know when dining packages are available to reserve?

Season's Greetings, Frank! I'm so very merry to see you here at planDisney planning for a magical holiday visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! It's the perfect time to plan a jolly holiday, with special seasonal events like the EPCOT Candlelight Processional and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party bringing tidings of comfort and joy to all who visit!

Frank, the traditional Candlelight Processional tells the story of Christmas in a magical, musical way that fills guests with awe. The blended harmony of the Voices of Liberty, combined with special guest narrators and a 50-piece orchestra, delights audiences annually. Dining packages are a popular option to guarantee reserved seating to one of these shows, and it was just announced that bookings for the popular packages will open on October 29, 2024. Guests will have the option to dine for breakfast, lunch, or dinner at over 15 participating restaurants, including Garden Grill Restaurant (a great choice if you're interested in a character meal), Le Cellier Steakhouse, and even same-day packages will be available for booking at Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts and Barbecue, allowing flexible planning for guests who do not reserve a package in advance.

In addition to the Candlelight Processional, the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays provides guests with many ways to experience the magic of the holidays all over the world. From holiday kitchens to holiday storytellers and even a photo opportunity with Santa Claus himself, there is much joy all around the World (Showcase) during this festive time of year!

I hope you enjoy your holiday visit, Frank, and that you are able to secure your dining package when reservations open! If you have any other questions as you plan your trip, come on back to planDisney and let us know!

    Happy Holidays,
    Alison
