We will be arriving in 12 days at Pop Century. We will be able to do the online check in in 2 days. If I check in online, will I be able to make room requests? And do I have a better chance of getting my request by registering online or in person? Thanks!

    Hi Chad!

I recommend that you make your room request when you make your reservation.  If this has not been done yet, then I recommend you go ahead and call now to do so.

Online Check-In is a great way to expedite the check-in process.  If you complete the process online, you will be able to enter the special check-in line for this at the Resort Check-In area.  This line is usually always shorter and much quicker, because they have all of your reservation materials ready in a folder for you.  All you have to do is present a photo idea, pick up your folder, and you are on your way to your fabulous resort room!

Whether you check in online or not, this should have no bearing on your room request.  Also, remember all of your special requests will be noted on your reservation, and the Cast Members will do all they can to fulfill all of your dreams, but these requests cannot be guaranteed.

I hope that everything works out for the best for you, and all of your Disney Dreams do come true!
