    Hi I am arriving in 59 days and have ordered magic bands to be delivered to the hotel reception at pop century. I have received an email to say they are already on their way to the hotel. Will they hold them until I arrive?

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for asking us a question, my fellow international traveller!

    While it’s kind of a bummer that we can’t get our DisneyBands (or MagicBands) shipped directly to our homes, there’s something pretty cool about picking them up at the Front Desk of our Disney Resorts Collection hotel, too. After all, once you drop your bags off with Bell Services, there’s no better way to start your holiday than by getting your Band and then heading off for a day of fun in the Disney sun! 

    Based on my experience, you should have no problems picking your package up when you arrive, even though your trip is still (sadly) several weeks away. DisneyBand packages are always held for international Guests because Cast Members at the Resort know that our arrival date may be several weeks away. So, don’t panic! Your package should be waiting for you when you check in.

    Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions about your upcoming vacation. Let the countdown begin!
