    Arriving in 38 days, SO EXCITED!! We will be arriving early and will have groceries. When checking in and leaving bags at front do they deliver them to your room? And would they refrigerate our groceries? We are staying at AoA lion king suite.

    Hi there, Amanda!

    When you check in, if your room is not yet ready, Bell Services will certainly deliver our bags to your room at a later time. Because the Resort is so large, there are usually a few rounds of deliveries a day; luggage is typically rounded up onto a vehicle and driven from building to building for distribution. You'll want to check with a Cast Member to get a general idea of the delivery schedule.

    And, in fact, Bell Services will store and refrigerate your groceries for you. You will want to confirm that these items are refrigerated when they are delivered to your room; otherwise, it might bear to have a member of your travel party walk to the lobby to pick them up when you know you'll be in your room for a while.
