    We are arriving a day earlier and staying at an Airport hotel before entering the Resort. Reservation for the Magical Express asks for our flight info, but makes no sense since we are coming a day early. Can we just go take the bus w/o reserving before?”

    I always find Disney's Magical Express as a really convenient and comfortable way to get my Walt Disney World vacation started. It feels like it helps make the magic begin sooner.

    Disney's Magical Express transports Guests checking in to their Walt Disney World Resort Hotel on the same day as their arrival to the airport. If you arrive at the airport without a reservation for Disney's Magical Express and it's the same day as your check-in, you can still take Disney's Magical Express to your Resort Hotel.

    I can share that on one of my trips last year, I had the same situation as you. My flight arrived prior to my check-in date. I called Disney's Magical Express and made arrangements to travel from the airport to my Resort Hotel on my check-in day rather than my flight arrival day. The team at Disney's Magical Express was very helpful and friendly.

    Carol, my best suggestion is to contact Disney's Magical Express at 407‐939-1936 and see if you can arrange your transportation for your check-in date following your arrival date.

    There's so much magic awaiting you for your summer vacation at Walt Disney World, and there are lots of new and exciting experiences like Toy Story Land opening at Disney's Hollywood Studios. You're ready for a great stay.
