    We are arriving at Boulder Ridge in 2/17/22! We want to order a grocery delivery from Walmart and read somewhere that you need to use a different address than what is listed on Disney Website for deliveries. Is that true?

    Hiya, Karen!

    Welcome to planDisney!  In just a few days, you'll be checking in to Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge –– you must be getting so excited!  Now is the perfect time to finalize those last-minute details, from checking to making sure you've packed your ears to placing a grocery order so you can stock the kitchen in your Deluxe Villa.  Let's walk through the process of having groceries delivered to a Disney Resorts Collection hotel to help make sure your order arrives without a hitch.

    As a Boulder Ridge Guest, you'll need to verify that you're using the main address for Disney's Wilderness Lodge for your grocery delivery and you'll also want to make sure that the name on the order is listed as "Guest (name listed on your reservation)".   While you're welcome to meet the driver at the main entrance of the Resort to collect your delivery, Bell Services will be happy to accept your order –– including refrigerated items –– for you to pick up at your convenience.  When you're ready to collect your groceries, you can either swing by the Bell Services desk or have your order delivered directly to your room for a small fee.  Just note that Bell Services will not accept age-restricted items, like alcohol –– you must be present during delivery to show proof of photo ID.

    During your stay, be sure to check out the final weekend of my favorite EPCOT festival –– EPCOT International Festival of the Arts.  Bringing together the worlds of visual, performing, and culinary arts, everywhere you turn you'll find something to see, do, and taste during this incredible event.   You'll even be able to find some of Broadway's biggest stars performing numbers from acclaimed Disney musicals live on stage during the DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series –– you can use the My Disney Experience mobile app on the day of your visit to find upcoming showtimes.  Believe me, you won't want to miss it!
