    Arriving in Barcelona morning of May 16. How much time do we have to embark. How long is the drive from the airport to the ship.

    I’m so happy to hear you’ll be sailing on the Disney Dream next year! My family and I sailed from Barcelona during Disney Dream’s inaugural season a couple of years ago and had a wonderful time.
     
    As it gets closer to your Embarkation Day, you will have the opportunity to choose your Port Arrival Time during your Online Check-In process. You’ll also input your flight information for your arrival and departure from Barcelona. Disney Cruise Line recommends 1:00 PM as the latest arrival time to Barcelona International Airport on Embarkation Day to ensure you’ll be onboard in time. The cruise terminal is about 17 kilometers from Barcelona International Airport, and it takes approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Provided that your flight arrives to Barcelona in the morning without delay, factor in the time it takes to get through customs, immigration and to collect your luggage, you will likely arrive to the cruise terminal by early afternoon ready to board the Disney Dream!
