    I will be arriving around 7pm in Orlando on November 18th, and would like to pick up my prepurchaed park tickets at a will call location so that I may maximize play time the next day. Is there a location that opens late? Can you specify the hours? Thanks

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for sending us your great question about picking up your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets.

    According to the official Walt Disney World Resort Park Hours & Calendars, both Epcot and Disney Springs will be open after you arrive in Orlando on November 18, 2016.

    On Friday, November 18, 2016 Epcot will be open until 9:00 p.m. EST. Disney Springs will be open until 12:00 a.m. EST. Both Epcot and Disney Springs have Guest Relations locations where you can pick up your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets.

    The Disney Springs Guest Relations location is located at the Disney Springs Welcome Center which you can find in the Town Center area of Disney Springs.
