Check-in is 3:00 PM for Disney Resort Hotels and 4:00 PM for Disney Deluxe Villas on the date of your vacation arrival.
The Walt Disney World Resort has made check-in amazingly convenient! Using your
My Disney Experience app, you can complete
check-in online. Using the app, Guests can completely bypass the front desk check-in and report directly to their room! Using online check-in will provide you with real-time updates to your mobile device. These updates will notify you of the progress being made on your room. And, when your room is ready, you will receive notification of your room number. You can then report directly to your room! When you report to your room, you can use your MagicBand or mobile device to open your door!
To use mobile check-in, link your resort reservation to your My Disney Experience app! I am checking in to the Walt Disney World Resort soon. I have already checked in using the My Disney Experience app!
Catherine, here’s a PRO TIP for you! If you arrive at your Walt Disney World Resort prior to your room being ready, you can leave all of your bags with
Bell Services! I use this complimentary service during most visits. I prefer early flights, so I often arrive prior to my room being ready. When I receive notice that my room is ready, I pick up my bags at Bell Services, tip the friendly Cast Members, and report to my room. They will also deliver your bags to your room for you.
