    Arriving at AOA Sept. 21. Would like to request bedrails and a room facing away from the pool so it's quieter for the little one's naps. Should I call now, or in a few days? And should I call 4087-W-DISNEY, or AOA directly (can't find the #). Thanks!

    For special room requests, call (407)W-DISNEY and have the requests noted on your reservation.  Then, about 4 - 5 days prior to your vacation, give a call to the Art of Animation at (407)938-7000 and ask to speak to a cast member regarding Room Assignments and repeat these same requests to your resort.  Remember that all requests will be noted but cannot be guaranteed. 

    Have a great stay at the Art of Animation Resort! It has been getting fantastic reviews from guests.  Enjoy!

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home.
