According to the calendar on the website (click here to view, then choose your month and day), the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular fireworks show will begin at 10:00pm. You won't be able to see the fireworks within Chef Mickey's, but you can certainly see the Fireworks right in front of the Contemporary resort, or even in the back of the resort near the lake! If you happen to finish early, you can take in a couple of stores at the resort and then head outside before the fireworks start (give yourself 20 minutes time as you'll need to catch the elevator to ground level, as many others will probably be doing the same around then).
So have fun! You'll be amazed at how close the Contemporary is to Magic Kingdom and Cinderella's Castle, where the fireworks will be shooting from...
