    Arriving at AKL around 12 pm, going to Hoop De Doo at 4, I need to exchange AP and photopass plus vouchers and purchase TIW cards, plan on using Disney transportation, best way to this before the show? Thanks, love reading.

    Hi Lesley!

         Wow, you have busy afternoon planned on your arrival day.  There are many ways to do what you are asking, but I am going to give you the most efficient way that I have found.  First after you check in to Animal Kingdom Lodge, take the Disney bus to the Magic Kingdom.  When you get to the Magic Kingdom exchange your Annual Pass voucher and purchase your Tables in Wonderland Card at the ticket boothes right outside of the Magic Kingdom.  Then use your Annual Pass to enter the Magic Kingdom and exchange your Disney PhotoPass + Voucher for the PhotoPass + card and lanyard at the Magic Kingdom PhotoPass Sales Center which is located in the Town Square Theater on Main Street USA (to the right as you enter the Magic Kingdom through the tunnel underneath the Walt Disney World Railroad).  After your receive your PhotoPass + card and lanyard, head out of the Magic Kingdom and take the Resort Monorail or Walk to the Contemporary Resort. When you get to the Contemporary Resort head to the Marina and get on a boat that is headed to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.  The Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue is a short walk straight ahead from the Fort WIlderness Dock and it would hurt to arrive there a little early because you have to get your tickets for the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue and photos.  I would plan for between 2 to 3 hours to accomplish all of this so it looks like you have enough time in your schedule.
